Automatic Writing & Non-Attachment

Automatic Writing is a form of written channeling. Through the venue of intentional writing, we can actually channel messages through us from other being of consciousness! This can include Archangels, Deceased Loved Ones, Ancient Philosophers, Your Higher Self, Your Subconscious, etc.!

We will begin this class with a guided meditation designed around Non-Attachment, the practice of disidentification. This allows us to become more allowing and surrender any resistance or expectations we have in order to open the channels for automatic writing.
